As the American sociologist, Milton Myron Gordon, has said that people have got this tendency to adopt the language of the country they shift to and change their dressing sense and other customs accordingly. This is known as Acculturation where the newcomers try to sink in the values and norms of the places where they have shifted. It is seen that the minority gradually move into the clubs of the host country and clichés are targeted also. Assimilation is the term that explains all of these. According to Gordon, there are divided differences in the country which is marked as Integration.
